Candle Dipping at the Windsor Historical Society

Wondering how to entertain your children on President’s Day? Bring them to Candle-Dipping at Windsor Historical Society. The Society’s Hands-On-History Learning Center will be open where children can try on reproduction colonial clothing, try out a child-sized rope bed, or “milk” Flavia the cow.

Use your engineering skills to build toothpick-and-marshmallow structures, explore the Strong-Howard House, take a Scavenger Hunt through the main exhibit galleries, and more.
